Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the two packages?
In both, we prepare your documents and book the traffic office appointment. In the first (€95.00 flat), you attend on your own. In the second (€95.00/hour), a specialist accompanies you door-to-door — travel and appointment time.
How are the accompaniment hours calculated?
You choose an estimated number of hours at booking, covering travel to and from the appointment plus the appointment itself. The final hours are confirmed after the appointment.
Which countries do you cover?
Every country we relocate to — Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Canada, the United States, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia — at the same price in each.
Does this cost include the traffic office fees?
No — our price covers our service only. Traffic office / authority fees for the exchange itself are separate and paid directly to them.
Can you translate my current license?
Yes — a certified, one-time translation of your current license is available as an add-on for €90.00, in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. For other destinations, translation is available on request — just mention it in your notes when booking and we'll confirm pricing separately.
Do I pay now?
No — you book now with no charge. We'll email you a secure payment link shortly after.
Will my license definitely be exchanged?
Exchange rules vary by country and by where your current license was issued — some require a test rather than a direct exchange. We confirm your situation once we review your documents.
