Questions we hear every day

What happens on the free 15-minute call?
It is a relaxed, no-pressure chat. We learn about your move and your situation, answer your first questions, and tell you honestly how many hours we think you need — if any. Relocating is personal, for you and for us, so it matters that we are the right fit before you commit to anything.
What does an hour cost?
€195 per hour for private clients and €395 per hour for companies. You choose how many hours you want, and you can add more later if something new comes up.
Why do companies pay more?
Corporate relocations involve more parties and more responsibility — HR, legal and finance stakeholders, employment and posting rules, and documentation the company itself has to be able to rely on. The preparation behind each hour is simply greater.
How many hours will I need?
Most private clients get what they need in one to three hours. A complex case — several qualifications to recognise, a family, or an unusual visa route — takes longer. We would rather tell you that on the free call than sell you hours you do not need.
Do I have to use all the hours at once?
No. You can split them across several sessions, for example one before the move and one after you arrive. We keep track of what you have used.
Is the price fixed?
Yes — the hourly rate is fixed and shown up front. Your total is simply the rate multiplied by the hours you choose. No hidden fees.
Which countries do you cover?
We consult across our covered destinations in Europe and the Middle East, and the session is tailored to your specific home and destination country.
