Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?
A cat is €1450.00 flat. A small dog travelling cabin is also €1450.00. Medium dogs travelling in the hold are €1890.00, and large dogs are €2450.00. This is our all-inclusive service fee — the airline ticket/freight charge, government fees and vet costs are separate.
Cabin or baggage/hold — what's the difference?
Cabin means your pet travels with you in the passenger cabin — only possible for small pets under most airlines' weight limits. Baggage/hold means your pet travels as checked manifest cargo, which is required for medium and large dogs.
Which pets can you relocate?
Cats and dogs, which have the clearest import frameworks. For other animals, contact us and we'll confirm what's possible for your route.
How early should I start?
As early as possible — some destinations require rabies titer tests and waiting periods of several months. The sooner we start, the smoother and cheaper the move.
Will my pet have to be quarantined?
For most routes, correct preparation avoids quarantine entirely. Where a country requires it, we tell you up front and manage it properly.
