What kind of talent do you place?
Doctors and healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, allied health) and skilled professionals across IT, engineering, finance and more — for employers in Germany and the UAE.
How does licensing work for the candidates you place?
It is part of the service. For Germany we coordinate Approbation and the Fachsprachprüfung; for the UAE we handle DHA/DOH licensing via DataFlow. Your hire arrives able to work.
How are your fees structured?
Recruitment fees are tailored to the role, seniority and volume — single hire, retained search or team hiring. Request a proposal and we will send a clear, transparent quote.
Do you help with the relocation too?
Yes. Visa, housing, registration and settling-in are coordinated through our relocation services, so candidates actually arrive and stay — protecting your investment.
How fast can you deliver candidates?
